Yash reveals Ramayana took 10 years of aspiration
Nitesh Tiwari directorial Ramayana has taken the internet by storm. The first glimpse of the film has intrigued the audience all the more, leaving them wanting more. The movie brings in the best of the best, with Ranbir Kapoor playing Lord Ram, while Yash will be seen as Ravan.
The spectacular ensemble also includes Sai Pallavi, Sunny Deol, and Ravie Dubey, among others. As the timeless Hindu mythology saga makes its way back to the big screens, Yash revealed some interesting details.
He took to X (formerly Twitter) and shared Namit Malhotra`s Ramayana: The Introduction and called it "an outcome of collaboration of the world`s best".

Interestingly, the KGF star is also the co-producer of the film. He revealed it took "10 years of relentless dedication and conviction" to make the mythology drama.

The upcoming movie narrates the infamous Hindu mythology saga, an epic war between Lord Ram and the menacing Ravan.
While many television shows and movies have been made on the same, Tiwari and Malhotra`s project promises to bring a rather dramatic and much more realistic version of Ramayana.

The upcoming mythology saga is helmed by Nitesh Tiwari and produced by Namit Malhotra`s Prime Focus Studios along with Oscar-winning VFX company DNEG. It also marks India`s most expensive film, made with a whopping budget of 835 crore.
Ramayana will see a theatrical release in two parts – Part 1 during Diwali 2026 and Part 2 during Diwali 2027.
