Abhishek Kumar`s shocking reaction on reuniting with ex Isha Malviya
Nothing spices up a celebrity reality television show like two exes reuniting. Laughter Chefs season 2 isn`t just about jokes and recipes – it is about steamy dating history and masaledaar gossip. Isha Malviya finally met her ex-boyfriends, Abhishek Kumar and Samarth Jurel, leaving fans stunned.
The awkward yet adorable moment caught the internet by frenzy. Isha met both Abhishek and Samarth, with whom she shared a warm hug.
Ahead of the Laughter Chef 2 semi-finale, Abhishek got candid with Times of India TV and recalled how he took the bold step to reconnect with his long-lost love.
He said, “It was a very good moment, and I was the one who took the initiative to talk to her. Krushna Bhai took us towards Isha to dance on her popular song. Woh gaana kitna viral hogaya hai. She is doing some great work, and I feel everyone is doing a good job in their respective space. Shayad aisa portray hojaata hoga that we hate each other, but there is nothing like that. Nobody hates anyone, and we all are somehow connected to each other."
Kumar shifted the focus to the show and added, “It is a very small industry, and kabhi na kabhi ek dusre se takrana hai, so we took everything very normally. Even she (Isha) handled everything in a good way. I would like to tell the viewers to please watch the semi‑finale; it is going to be an amazing episode."
Isha was then seen meeting her former Udaariyaan lover and shared a warm hug with him. Samarth Jurel was also seen feeling a little awkward while meeting Isha Malviya during the show.
For the uninitiated, the Shaky Shaky diva was previously dating Abhishek. Their romance bloomed on the sets of their TV serial, Udaariyaan. She was then in a high-profile relationship with Jurel during her stint in Bigg Boss 17.
Samarth entered the Bigg Boss house as a wild card contestant and introduced himself as Isha`s "current boyfriend." This left Abhishek Kumar shocked and devastated. However, the Bigg Boss romance didn`t last long either. Isha and Samarth soon parted ways after the show ended in April 2024.
Confirming the same, Samarth told Pinkvilla, “Yes, we are not together anymore. Breakuphogaya hai (We have broken up). I don’t want to talk more about this. This is all I have to say."
The two even unfollowed each other on Instagram.
