1. Kesariya Vilayati / Bad Man in Ram Lakhan (1989)
In Subhash Ghai's Ram Lakhan, Gulshan Grover portrayed Kesariya Vilayati, a petty criminal and associate of the main villain. His character, though not the central antagonist, was pivotal in creating chaos and added comic relief with his street-smart persona and memorable dialogues. This role made "Bad Man" a tag closely associated with him.
2. Kaali in Shola Aur Shabnam (1992)
In this David Dhawan film, Grover played Kali Baba, a corrupt and vicious character. Kali Baba is involved in various illegal activities, including human trafficking. 3. Chhapan Tikli / Jimmy in Sir (1993)

In Mard, starring Mithun Chakraborty, Grover played the role of Satya Lal, a cunning underworld don and the main antagonist. Satya Lal is involved in sinister activities, including organ trafficking.
