Will Jackson Wang Be a Part of Hrithik Roshan`s Krrish 4? K-pop Idol Reacts

The rumour mill has been working overtime, buzzing with speculation about K-pop sensation Jackson Wang joining the cast of Hrithik Roshan`s highly anticipated Krrish 4. However, the global star has finally set the record straight, clarifying that his involvement is "fake news".
During his second trip to India, Jackson Wang addressed the swirling rumours in an interview with news agency PTI. He laughed off the reports, calling them "fake news" and clarifying that he has never acted before, making his involvement in a major film like Krrish 4 unlikely. He explained that the buzz began as a light-hearted joke between him and a friend, which somehow spiralled into viral speculation.
"When we`re together, especially Hrithik and I, we don`t talk about work. So work-related stuff is never brought up in our conversation," Wang stated, adding that Krrish 4 is a big movie, but he is not in it.

Jackson Wang`s trip to Mumbai was primarily to promote his upcoming album Magic Man 2, a follow-up to his 2022 album Magic Man. He previously visited India for a performance at Lollapalooza India in 2023.
As for Krrish 4, Hrithik Roshan is indeed working on the film, which will also mark his directorial debut. The Krrish franchise, launched in 2003 by Rakesh Roshan with Koi Mil Gaya, has become iconic in Indian cinema, followed by Krrish (2006) and Krrish 3 (2013). Hrithik will also be seen in War 2, starring Jr. NTR.
The Genesis of the Rumours
Speculation about Wang’s possible Bollywood debut gained traction after unverified reports suggested he might appear in Krrish 4, either in a cameo or a full-fledged role. The idea of a crossover between the "Blow" singer and Hrithik`s iconic superhero sparked a frenzy among fans, resulting in a wave of fan edits and online excitement. More Than Just Movie Talk: Jackson`s India Connect
While Krrish 4 might not be on the cards for Jackson, his recent India visit was certainly eventful. He met with Hrithik Roshan and his family, with veteran filmmaker Rakesh Roshan sharing a special moment on Instagram, captioned, “Jackson welcome & God bless!"
