Bollywood movies are coming with some interesting twists and turns, and we're not talking about the typical melodrama or unrealistic action sequences. The Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon starrer Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya trailer is out, and it promises a refreshing take with some robotic surprises. Confused?

The Shahid Kapoor-Kriti Sanon starrer was announced last year with just a picture of the two sitting in a sensuous pose on a bike. No title, no storyline, or any other hints were dropped, leaving the audience wanting for more. Now, the trailer for their film Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya is out.

The romantic comedy comes with an element of surprise that will take fans on a rollercoaster ride of laughter, tears, romance, and everything in between.

The trailer for the film starts with Shahid and Kriti's sizzling chemistry, where the two are seen flirting with each other. As a feet-tapping song comes into play, the two actors cannot help but fluently perform their dance moves.

Shahid Kapoor falls in love with Kriti Sanon, who looks and feels like a normal human being but turns out to be a robot. The huge revelation happens when Shahid's maternal aunt, Dimple Kapadia, enters the picture and hits us with the twist that Kriti is a robot who was brought to life.



The catch here is that Shahid doesn't realize his ladylove is not the regular flesh-and-blood, even after sleeping with her. She takes his family by surprise at every move. Be it cooking with both hands simultaneously or addressing the elders by their first name, Shahid has a standard response to everything: "America se hai na."

Shahid Kapoor is left puzzled as he realizes he has developed feelings for a robot. This makes Kriti Sanon ask him if being a robot is a curse.

This will take you back to Ranjinikanth and Aishwarya Rai's 2010 Tamil sci-fi blockbuster Enthiraan, where Chitti (Rajni) falls in love with a human Sana (Aishwarya).

Written and helmed by Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah, the film features Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, and Dimple Kapadia in leading roles. It is produced by Dinesh Vijan, Jyoti Deshpande, and Laxman Utekar.

A couple of days ago, the film's song Laal Peeli Akhiyaan was released. It is an energetic dance number where Shahid and Kriti flaunt their flawless dance moves.
