In a heartwarming display of seeking solace and spiritual rejuvenation, actress Hina Khan, currently undergoing treatment for stage 3 breast cancer, recently visited the Art of Living ashram in Bengaluru. She was accompanied by her boyfriend, Rocky Jaiswal, and found kindred spirits in fellow attendees, including actor Vikrant Massey, his wife Sheetal Thakur, their son Vardaan, and Priyanka Chopra`s mother, Dr. Madhu Chopra.
Sheetal Thakur also took to Instagram to share her experiences, highlighting the couple`s time at the ashram, which included petting elephants, feeding cows, and meeting Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. "Left the world behind for a while and found stillness in its purest form. A few days at the ashram and my soul feels lighter. Can’t thank the entire team of the ashram enough for showering us with so much love, warmth and grace. This truly felt like homecoming,” she penned, echoing the profound impact of the visit.

"We all had different reasons to be there; we all had different callings. But once we got together, it was like a big family," Hina wrote, emphasising the sense of unity and shared purpose.
