How doing intimate scenes brought Vikrant Massey and Shanaya Kapoor closer
Aakhon Ki Gustaakhiyan has become one of the most anticipated movies, especially after its trailer was unveiled. While Vikrant Massey is making a comeback on the big screens, fans are more excited for Shanaya Kapoor`s debut.
The trailer has already hinted at the film looking promising. What`s interesting is despite the 13-year age gap, Vikrant and Shanaya`s chemistry is sizzling. The intimate scenes make it all the more effortless.
The duo, who are currently on a promotion spree for their upcoming romantic saga, opened up about doing intimate scenes and the process of making each other comfortable for the same.

The 12th Fail actor highlighted that the kissing and other intimate scenes only brought them closer, not just as actors but also as two individuals. They could perform it seamlessly due to the trust they built over time.
“We`ve spoken about this. I think it`s the trust factor that was built over a point of time. It strikes me that we are both very alike as people. Besides the acting workshop, or you know, chaahe fir woh blind school ki baat ho ya fir you know the challenges as actors we faced, uske alawa when we got to know each other as people, especially during the scene when we opened up as Vikrant and Shanaya and not just as actors, I think that also brought us closer,” he said.

Shanaya, who is all set to make her glorious debut with this film, agreed with her co-star and shared they`re very much alike.
She explained, "We are very hungry actors, and we want to go out there and give our best. And the only way that can happen is by trusting each other, and there`s no other way because you have blindfolds on, and I can`t see anything, so let`s empower each other and bring out the best in each other.”
The Santosh Singh directorial will see Vikrant Massey as a visually impaired musician while Shanaya Kapoor plays an aspiring theatre artist. The movie delves into romance, intimacy, love, heartbreaks, drama, and everything in between.
Aakhon Ki Gustaakhiyan will release on July 11 in cinemas near you.
