After a successful run at the box office, Dreamgirl 2 is finally streaming on OTT. It is available to watch on Netflix. This is the first Ayushmann Khurrana film to do well at the box office.
All of his earlier films were meaningful and broke new ground in storytelling, starting with his debut, Vicky Donor. However, none of them were as successful at the box office. With Dreamgirl 2,
Ayushmann Khurrana enjoyed the much-needed victory with numbers at the theaters.
Netflix shared the news on their social media and wrote in the caption, "Karam ki love story aur paise ki mysterymdashkya hogi solve with Pooja's entry?"
Dream 2 was directed by Raj Shandilya and produced by Shobha Kapoor and Ekta Kapoor under their banner, Balaji Telefilms. With the film now coming up on Netflix, more audiences can enjoy it on small screens.
Ayushmann Khurrana has called the film an out-and-out masala entertainer. He said, "After the incredible box office journey we've had with Dream Girl 2, it has now found its home on Netflix, and I can't wait for audiences who couldn't catch it in theaters to watch it now."
He further added, "It's an entertaining film with great characters and a solid humor track, and I hope it receives the same love worldwide."

Ananya Panday as well, and she reacted to the film's arrival on Netflix with great enthusiasm. The film was a conceptual sequel to the first film, Dreamgirl, where Ayushmann played the role of an actor whose female voice acting gets a lot of attention. It was an unexpected blockbuster at the box office at the time of its release in 2019 and managed to earn over 150 crores in India and over 200 crores worldwide.
On the work front, Ayushmann has not announced any future projects. While Ananya Panday has multiple films coming up, She will be teaming up with Vikramaditya Motwane for a crime thriller. Along with that, she is part of Zoya Akhtar's Kho Gaye Ham Kahan, alongside Siddhant Chaturvedi.
