One of the most loved Bollywood films Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani still enjoys a cult following. The film which got released in 2013 completed 10 years of its release on Wednesday, and to celebrate this the film's cast and crew gathered in Mumbai.

It was a star-studded bash that marked the presence of the lead stars of the film Deepika Padukone, Aditya Roy Kapur, Ranbir Kapoor, and Kalki Koechlin. The intimate bash also witnessed the presence of the film's producer Karan Johar and the renowned fashion designer Manish Malhotra.

On Thursday, director Ayan Mukerji took to his Instagram handle and dropped a series of inside photos from the Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani party, giving us a glimpse of the happy moments the team had. He wrote in the caption, "Last night."

The photos showed Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor dressed in black posing alongside their co-stars Aditya Roy Kapoor and Kalki Koechlin in two of the photos Ayan shared.Fans got nostalgic as they all smiled and kept one another close in a group selfie.

Kalki was seen in a printed black-and-white dress meanwhile Aditya wore a maroon shirt. Ayan Mukerji also shared a group photo that had all the team members.

Earlier, on the same day, the filmmaker, Deepika, and Karan had spoken about the film and even shared posts on Instagram. Ayan posted a video montage on his Instagram account and penned a sweet note.

He captioned the post,'YJHD (Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani) - my second child, a piece of my heart and soul - 10 years old today! I think after all these years, I can confidently say thathellip Making this movie was one of the greatest joys of my life! And what we achieved with it - with all its perfections and imperfections - is a source of great eternal pride for me!'

The Pathaan actress Deepika Padukone re-shared a clip by Dharma Productions and wrote,'a piece of my heart' alongside the video. Even Karan Johar, who produced the film, also wrote a nostalgic note on Instagram sharing the same clip.

His note read, 'Time flieshellip especially when a film like Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani never gets old. This was a special story, which got the heart and the pulse of the generation and many more to comehellip And what a dream team that told this story of dreams so beautifully!!!'
