Film: Around The World - This Raj Kapoor starrer saw Pran at his dynamic best in 1967. His dialogue Tokyo mein rehte ho par tokne ki aadat nahin gayee came by as yet another classic from the veteran.

Lala Bhagat Ram -Film: Patthar Ke Sanam- In this Manoj Kumar-Waheeda Rehman starrer, Pran played the wicked thekedaar in the film. Throughout the film the actor would finish his sentence, puff the cigarette, inhale a pinch of snuff and then say, Kyon? Theek hai na theek?

Sevak Singh Dharma -Film: Dharma- The 1973 film where Pran was seen in a lead role saw the actor utter the classic dialogue Kalaye Tasme Namah. Donning the dacoit avatar for the film, Pran rendered much more than justice to his character making all filmy fans go gaga over the man yet again.

Mohan -Film: Kashmir Ki KaliA sweeping hit of the 60s, Kashmir Ki Kali saw Pran essay the role of a forest manager, Mohan. The man who desires to wed Sharmila Tagore in the film, mouths the famous dialogue Shatale, Shatale, Mera Bhi Samay Aayega throughout the film. The actor also admitted to adding the comedy element to his villainy with this film.

Mangal Chacha -Film: Upkar - This 1967 film directed by Manoj Kumar saw Pran essay the role of the much-loved Mangal Chacha. A box office superhit, the films success was also attributed to Prans classic act. With the popular dialogue "Raashan par bhaashan bahut hai! Bhaashan par koi raashan nahin! and the portrayal of differently-abled old man, Pran was much adored in the film.

Kabira -Film: Karz- Pran employed his unique charisma yet again to play a released prisoner Kabira in the 1980 superhit Karz. The man who helps Rishi Kapoor avenge Simi Garewal for murdering his former incarnate, Prans unforgettable dialogue Karrz chukane wali ki yadasht aksar kamzor ho jaya karti hai created waves.

Jasjit-Film: Don- Darwaaza khula rakho santri, main wapas aaonga- Prans iconic opening dialogue in Don was a sweeping hit. Featuring 70s superstar Amitabh Bachchan in the lead role, Don was one film where Pran was paid more than Big B. Styled with a cane and curly wig, Prans no fuss look received praises all the way.

Sher Khan -Film: Zanjeer- Prans character Sher Khan in Zanjeer became a major landmark in Indian cinema. Glorifying friendship like none other, the song Yaari Hai Imaan Mera swayed all filmy fans. Playing a reformed gambler who helps Inspector Vijay -Amitabh Bachchan in defeating criminals, Pran effortlessly mouthed dialogues like, "Choron Ke Bhi Usool Hote Hain" and Sher Khan ki shaadi nahi hui to kya hua, baaratein to kai dekhi hai!

Kishanlal -Film: Amar Akbar Anthony- 1977s biggest blockbuster, Amar Akbar Anthony was famed for much more than just the three protagonists of the film. Pran who essayed the role of Kishanlal, father of three, looked uber stylish in his three piece suit and the rather unconventional beard, smoking his cigarette with absolute style. And his dialogue, Kitna fark hai baap beti mein. Baap ki wajah se meri aulaad mujhse bichad gayi aur beti usi aulaad se mujhe mila rahi hai was just the cherry on the cake.

Raaka -Film: Jis Desh Mein Ganga Behti Hai- One major reason the film became a runway hit was courtesy Prans popular dialogue, Tumhara Baap Raaka. Jis Desh Mein Ganga Behti Hai is a 1960 film directed by Radhu Karmakar and produced by Raj Kapoor. Starring Kapoor, Pran and Padmini in lead roles, Prans unique hairdo and moustache created a stir.
