1) Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani

Among the early weddings this year were those of Shershaah actors Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani. They started dating during the shoot of Shershaah, and then there was just no going back. The two got married in a ceremony attended by friends and family at the lavish Suryagarh Hotel in Jaisalmer.

2) Swara Bhaskar and Fahad Ahmed

When Swara Bhaskar announced her wedding to politician Fahad Ahmed, it took everyone by surprise. They met during a protest and have been seeing each other since then. They got married in a court marriage on February 16. They hosted a grand reception in Delhi that was attended by major politicians and actors from the film industry.

3) Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul

Athiya Shetty and cricketer KL Rahul have been dating for the past couple of years. The two tied the knot in January of this year in a traditional ceremony. It took place at Suniel Shetty's farmhouse in Khandala and was a pastel-themed wedding. Photos from the wedding went viral, and among the most cherished pictures was of Suniel Shetty standing with his daughter and son-in-law.

5) Randeep Hooda and Lin Laishram

Randeep Hooda married his longtime partner Lin Laishram in a Manipuri-themed wedding on the lines of the mythological epic Mahabharata. He went to Manipur to tie the knots, wearing special outfits from local designers from the north-east. After that, the couple hosted a grand reception for their friends and well-wishers in Mumbai.
