Kangana Ranaut Says Karan Johar Banned Priyanka Chopra As Latter Talks About Leaving Bollywood

Kangana Ranaut is back with her `Karan Johar hate club` and today`s agenda of discussion is why did Priyanka Chopra move to Hollywood from Bollywood at the peak of her career. Blaming it on the filmmaker, Kangana said he banned Priyanka after her fallout with Karan Johar because of her equation with Shah Rukh Khan. In a recent podcast, Priyanka Chopra opened up on how she was cornered amidst all the Bollywood politics and felt suffocated as she wasn`t a `nepo kid.` Coming in support of her Fashion co-star, Kangana Ranaut took to Twitter and wrote a detailed analysis of the Citadel actress`s comments.

In another tweet, Kangana added, “Media wrote extensively about her fall out with Karan Johar because of her friendship with SRK and movie mafia Cruella who is always looking for vulnerable outsiders saw a perfect punching bag in PC and went all out in harassing her to a point where she had to leave India.”

"This obnoxious, jealous, mean, and toxic person should be held accountable for ruining the culture and environment of film industry which was never hostile to outsiders in the days of AB or SRK. His gang and mafia PR should be raided and held accountable for harassing outsiders," she wrote.

The Citadel actress said, "I was being pushed into a corner in the industry (Bollywood). I had people not casting me, I had beef with people, I am not good at playing that game so I kind of was tired of the politics and I said I needed a break.”
As for Kangana Ranaut, she will be seen in her directorial Emergency where she will play the role of Indira Gandhi. The movie also features Miling Soman, Satish Kaushik, and Bhumika Chawla in prominent roles.
