The wedding of Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare was a simple affair. The couple got their marriage registered on January 3 at Taj Lands, Bandra. It was attended by close family and friends of both of them. A grand wedding is now being planned to take place in Udaipur, which will be a star-studded affair. This will take place on January 8, and both families are expected to leave to begin the pre-wedding festivities soon.

After that, a grand reception is planned to take place in Mumbai on January 13.

Nupur Shikhare Jogs to the Wedding Venue

In a unique way to promote fitness, Nupur Shikhare was seen jogging for over 8 kilometers from Santa Cruz to Bandra to reach the venue of his wedding. He was snapped during his journey as he wore sports outfits and shoes. Nupur Shikhare is a fitness trainer who has trained celebrities like Sushmita Sen and Aamir Khan in the past. The love story of Nupur and Ira started with fitness. The two have been dating since 2020.

Later, he was seen signing the papers wearing the same sports outfit as Ira wore in her wedding dress. Videos from the function went viral, inviting surprised reactions from everyone. Later, as he posed for the papas stationed outside, he wore a blue bandhgala suit and looked fabulous as he stood beside the bride, Ira Khan. She wore a deep-cut choli with pink and blue-colored dhoti pants. She also wore a silver dupatta on her head.
