Noor: Sonakshi Sinha is back in what seems as an image changer for her

Seems like Sonakshi Sinha is trying her level best to shed the village belle image that she has built up for herself over the years, by taking upon unusual movie choices. She started the trend with her action thrillers ‘Akira’ and ‘Force 2’ last year. And now she is back as a ‘joker journalist’ in ‘Noor’. Based upon Pakistani journo-novelist Saba Imtiaz’s best-seller ‘Karachi: You’re Killing Me’, Sona plays the titular character who is living a messed up life with two carefree friends and a lover till something drastic happens that will change her life forever. ‘Noor’ also star Purab Kohli, Shibani Dandekar and stand-up comic Kanan Gill. Directed by Sunhil Sippy, the film releases in cinemas on April 21st, 2017.
