Mumbai metallers Festacorn release official music video of new single, Raspberry Punch

Featuring vocalist Vivek Jha, bassist Akhil Nargundkar, Angad Bhatia and Vaibhav Shejwal on guitars, Mumbai-based progressive metal band Festacorn have released the official music video of their first single, 'Raspberry Punch', from their upcoming full-length album, 'Slap City Central'.

Dealing with existential crisis, the music video ably conveys social isolation and alienation while uniquely blending live visuals with animation. The song speaks about the innermost fears of change that plague humankind as a collective. So while the people featured in the music video are shown to be having a great time, each individual is possessing a demon of their own.

The band has upped their game in 'Slap City Central' in comparison to their debut EP, 'It's Only Natural' with nuanced aggression in their execution while being mindful about the resonance they wish to achieve. The album is scheduled to release later in 2020.
