A widely celebrated social media influencer, singer/songwriter Shreya Jain, who has been singing since the age of five, makes a confident debut about the power of one-sided love in ‘Pasbaan’.
Impassioned and liberating, Shreya emotes the melancholy of loving someone who won’t love her back, yet it’s a love that empowers her and enables her to look out for her beloved, against all odds.
Speaking about the song, the artist comments, “Loving someone without expecting them to love you back is the most empowering feeling. We give without wanting in return is a higher emotion that fills the heart with peace and satisfaction. My path to fame has been my rendition of covers and I am very excited about my debut release. I look forward to the response of my fans and audiences in general. My close collaborators in the song, Abhijeet Srivastava and Aman Moroney have been a pillar of strength for me. I am also very grateful to my family at Springboard Records for charting out this new path for me.”
Shot in Nagpur, the singer’s hometown, ‘Pasbaan’ has been composed by Jain, Abhijeet Srivastava and Donna Debroy. Produced, mixed and mastered by Ashish Manchandaa and Aman Moroney for Springboard Records, the song also features additional vocals by Sayantika Ghosh and Srivastava.
‘Pasbaan’ is now playing on Radio City Freedom.
