Team Radio City

Comprising of Rohan Prasanna on Sarod, Siddhant Sarkar on vocals, Omkar Raghupatrani on guitar, Guru Ganapathi on drums and Arman Handa on bass guitar, emerging band from New Delhi, Kitanu’s sonic palette is reflective of Indo-Western influences.

Formed in 2017 during their college days, the band has just released their self-titled EP, comprising of three songs that they played during their first live jam.

‘Kitanu’ the EP, features ‘Vacation’, a song less on songwriting which offers enough hat tips to the Indian Sarod in its composition. The second track, ‘Pebbles’, is an upbeat and groovy heartbreak song that will make you celebrate your sorrow. The closing track, ‘Faith’ is about unending belief, despite the odds.

What makes the band standout amongst others is that it refuses to stray from its intentions and holds a firm resolve to introduce the world to a newer perspective of how Rock is received and seen.

You can listen to all the tracks on Radio City Freedom and on leading music platforms of your choice.
