Metalheads are in for a treat as Scarfest Mumbai Metal Party is back

Metalheads in Mumbai get ready for the moshpits as heavy metal festival Scarfest Mumbai Metal Party is back after a two year hiatus. To be held at go-to performance venue Antisocial on 22 December, the metal fest will feature 3 special acts, Corner Cafe Chronicles, Sceptre 3.0 and Mumbai Metal Mandal. Here`s everything you need to know about the bands performing at Scarfest Mumbai Metal Party.
Corner Cafe Chronicles
Corner Café Chronicles is an electro-alt rock band from Mumbai, India formed in 2017. Their music is an aesthetic amalgamation of electro-psychedelia, pop culture, anime and everything DIY. Corner Café Chronicles released the first part of their debut album, Renaissance I in July 2020 and took t he album on tour across the country with more than 75 shows right from Bangalore to the North East, forming meaningful bonds and having stimulating conversations along the road.
Sceptre 3.0
Sceptre is an Indian thrash metal band formed in 1998, in Mumbai. They draw their prime influences from bands such as Slayer, Pantera, Sepultura and Lamb of God. In recent years the band portrayed their cause for fighting violence against women in their album Age of Calamity.
As part of Mumbai Metal Mandal some of the most popular heavy metal musicians will perform at the Scarfest Mumbai Metal Party. The musicians include vocalists Jimmy Bhore, Teemer Chimulkar, 2Blue, Arjun Dhanraj, Shawn Periera, Sunneth Revankar, Afaque Azad, guitarists Siddharth Kadadi, Gilroy Fernandes, Claver Menzes, Shezan Shaikh, Nishith Hegde, Akash Sawant, bassists Asxeem Dlean, Janus Sayal, Ishaan Krishna, Roop Thomas, P-Man and drummers Mayank Sharma, Sidd Coutto, Aaron Pinto and Atish Thomas.
