Global electronic music festival DGTL is set to return to India after a 2 year hiatus owing to the pandemic. After a sensational debut in 2020 with the festival travelling to Bengaluru,  DGTL Festival India 2022 will be held in two new cities, New Delhi (Indira Gandhi Stadium Complex) and Mumbai (NESCO Centre) on the 9-10and10-11 December respectively. The DGTL Festival 2022 lineup is filled with electronic music superstars. Here are three of the international headliners performing at DGTL Festival Delhi and DGTL Festival Mumbai this year.

Solomun

Solomun is a forty-six-year-old German-Bosnian-Croat DJ from Hamburg. He is a four-time DJ Awards winner for Best Producer, Best DJ and Best Melodic House DJ. He began producing music in 2005 and since then has made a name for himself in the global electronic music circuit. He will be one of the most sought after performer at this years DGTL festival India. 

Dubfire

 Iranian house and techno DJ and producer Dubfire got his start playing house parties and school dances around the late ’80’s in his teens. Prior to his solo career Dubfire was one half of the duo Deep Dish. Dubfire’s story is also set to be told through a ary, titled “Above Ground Level” chronicles his career trajectory from fleeing Iran as a youngster to becoming one of the biggest electronic music stars on the planet.

SPFDJ

Not many DJs can claim to experience as meteoric, grassroots ascent as SPFDJ. Having established a remarkable energy, style and attitude on the underground techno circuits of both London and Berlin. SPFDJ established her label ‘Intrepid Skin’ in order to showcase the work of her contemporaries and those producing some of the most challenging tracks in her set. SPFDJ is sure to attract a lot of technoheads to the DGTL Festival India.
