Congratulations are in order for Telugu superstar couple Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi as they welcome their first child, a baby boy. On September 10, the couple announced the news of the arrival of their little one.
Varun took to Instagram on Wednesday and shared the exciting news with his fans and followers. Posting a sweet monochrome picture, Lavanya was seen holding the baby as the new dad looked at them in awe.
His caption read, “Our little man (blue heart emojis) 10.09.2025.” Take a look.

Actor Chiranjeevi shares a heartfelt note
The mega star of Telugu cinema, who also happens to be Varun Tej`s uncle, shared the good news on social media. The picture shows him holding the baby in a candid pose.
Chiranjeevi wrote, “Welcome to the world, little one! A hearty welcome to the newborn baby boy in the Konidela family. Heartfelt congratulations to Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi on becoming proud parents.”

Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi`s love story
The proud parents first met on the sets of their film Mister in 2017, which was also their first movie together. Sparks flew instantly, and they dated for a few years, keeping their relationship private and away from the limelight.
They got engaged in November 2023 in Hyderabad and tied the knot in an extravagant traditional Telugu ceremony in Tuscany, Italy.
It was in May when the couple shared the news of expecting their first child. They shared an adorable picture of the two holding a pair of baby shoes.
