After a long wait of centuries together, India has finally witnessed the grand opening of
Ayodhya Ram Mandir. The pran pratishtha ceremony of Ram Lalla was witnessed by over 8,000 devotees and also had several celebrities, sportspersons, industrialists, and political leaders in attendance. One of them was Ranbir Kapoor.
Accompanied by his wife, Alia Bhatt, the couple was invited to the grand inauguration of the Ayodhya Ram Janmabhoomi temple. The Gangubai Kathiyawadi actress looked stunning in a teal saree that had inscriptions and intricate designs
of the Ramayana. On the other hand, Ranbir Kapoor kept it simple with an off-white dhoti-kurta.
For those of you wondering why the parents were alone, Raha Kapoor is just one year old, and thus,
Ranbir and Alia decided to travel without her.

As the Brahmastra actor witnessed the grandeur of Ram Mandir, he wished his daughter, Raha Kapoor, could witness the magical and historic moment. Both Ranbir and Alia were present for the pran pratishtha ceremony and took pictures with the Ram Lalla idol.

Talking to a leading news portal in Ayodhya, Ranbir said, "It's a big pride. I feel extremely lucky and blessed to be here. I just wish I could have brought my daughterRaha (Kapoor)here to experience this historic moment. It just feels great. Jai Shri Ram."

The couple turned heads in their ethnic attire at the ceremony. While Ranbir donned an off-white dhoti-kurta with a shawl wrapped around, Alia looked gorgeous in a
teal-colored saree.
Her saree had a Ramayana-inspired border that had embroidered images of Lord Ram, Lord Hanuman, and Ram Setu on it. She also carried a matching shawl and completed her look with a matching purse.
The couple was joined by celebrities like Rohit Shetty, Vicky Kaushal, Katrina Kaif, and Amitabh Bachchan. Ayushmann Khurrana, and Madhuri Dixit, among others.

Along with Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, several actors and sportspersons were invited to the honorable event. More than 1500 VIP guests were seen in attendance at the Ram Mandir inauguration in Ayodhya.
The list of actors included Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Vivek Oberoi, Jackie Shroff, Madhuri Dixit, Dr. Shriram Nene, Katrina Kaif, Vicky Kaushal, Subhash Ghai, Kangana Ranaut, Madhur Bhandarkar, Sonu Nigam, and Anupam Kher, among others.

The Ram Mandir in Ayodhya was inaugurated on January 22 by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
