Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are doted parents to their little ones. Now, reports suggest the Animal actor is all set to gift Raha Kapoor a massive bungalow worth Rs 250 crore in Mumbai.
The couple is also busy overlooking the development of their new home, which is still under construction. It is located in the heart of Mumbai, in Bandra. Reports suggest Ranbir has registered the house under Raha's name.

The Brahmastra couple has now decided to register the bungalow under their daughter's name, thus making Raha the 'youngest, richest star kid in B-town.' A source close to the development shared that Neetu Kapoor will be the co-owner of the house.

'Ranbir and Alia are both equally investing their hard-earned money to make their dream house. The house will cost more than 250 crore once it's all done. And this will become the most expensive bungalow in the Mumbai area compared with Shah Rukh Khan's Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan's Jalsa,' the source said.
The informer further added, 'It is also said that Ranbir Kapoor, who is madly and deeply in love
with his daughter Raha Kapoor, will name the bungalow in her name, and this will make the little one the richest star kid in the B-Town (Bollywood). Along with this massive bungalow, both Alia and Ranbir own four flats in the Bandra area, and their worth is more than 60 crore.'
As per the source, the entire Kapoor khandaan will stay under one roof after the completion of Ranbir-Alia's new house.

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor will be soon seen in the second installment of Ayan Mukerji's mythological drama, Brahmastra. They even have Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Love and War.
