Popular Biscuit Brand Parle-G Replaces Its Iconic Logo WIth This Influencer, Watch

-

In today's digital generation, social media has only connected us seamlessly to each other. Be it influencers or brands, everybody is approachable, especially when the content becomes an internet sensation. Something similar happened with the beloved biscuit brand Parle-G, which was forced to replace its iconic logo with an Instagram influencer's face.

Before you are left all baffled, let's tell you what exactly happened. The longest-running biscuit brand has undergone a slight makeover, and this time, it is not with the OG little girl. The Parle-G came up with this idea after an Instagram influencer, Zervaan J. Bunshah's reel, went viral.

Zeeshan Bunshah and Parle-G's witty social media banter

Now, before you panic, this change of logo is just temporary. For those who don't know Zervaan, he is an Instagram influencer who gained popularity after his rant about Lay's changing its iconic flavor. This was one of the most circulated reels in the past few months.

Hopping on a similar trend, Zervaan Bunshah shared a gripping reel with a tricky question. In the video, Zervaan is seen in a puzzled look with the Bollywood song "Ey ji Oo ji" from Ram Lakhan playing in the background.

With that puzzled look, he asked, 'If you meet the owner of Parle-G, do you call him Parle sir, Mr. Parle, or Parle G?' Have a look at his reel here.

Known for his hilarious take on anything and everything, the influencer never fails to make his followers laugh out loud at Parsi caricatures. With his latest reel, Bunshah caught the attention of Parle-G's official Instagram account.

Taking it to his comment section, the biscuit brand replied, "Bunshah ji, you can call us the OG.' Ah, the puns here are always intended. However, it did not stop with just a comment.

Parle-G,a brand synonynous with nostalgia and cherished childhood memories, took this a notch above and embraced the pun with a witty response. The brand replaced their logo of the iconic Parle girl with Zervaan's face and wrote, "What say, @bunshah ji?'

The influencer was pleasantly surprised by this and thanked the brand for the season's greetings.

Back in November, Zervaan Bunshah received a truckload of Bingo masala chips after his rant about Lay's changing its flavor went viral. We love how brands are making marketing rather interesting.
