Jolly LLB 3 trailer out: Comedy, Chaos & Courtroom Drama
Jolly LLB 3 is here to stir your laughter gland and tickle your brain—because why settle for one Jolly when you can have two? The franchise’s third legal comedy gem has dropped its trailer (on 10 September 2025), and it’s a full-blown, uproarious courtroom showdown.
The highlight? Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi go head-to-head—and the internet can`t stop cheering.
Double the Jolly, Double the Fun
In a brilliant twist, Akshay Kumar returns as Advocate Jagdishwar “Jolly” Mishra—your city slicker lawyer, and Arshad Warsi reprises his original role as Advocate Jagdish “Jolly” Tyagi—your street-smart everyman.
When two Jollys square off in court, the result is as chaotic as it is hilarious. “Jab do Jolly honge aamne saamne, toh hoga double—comedy, chaos aur kalesh!” reads their trailer tagline—and it delivers in spades.

This time around, the stakes are higher and socially grounded—the rivalry twists around a farmers’ land dispute pitting urban industrial interests (backed by Akshay’s Jolly) against rural rights and justice (championed by Arshad’s Jolly).
Ready with a gavel and dry wit is Saurabh Shukla, reprising his iconic role as Judge Sunder Lal Tripathi. His expression alone, caught in the trailer, says it all—“I ordered smiles, not chaos!”
Huma Qureshi returns as Pushpa Pandey Mishra—steadfast spouse and moral compass to Akshay’s Jolly. While Amrita Rao is back as Sandhya “Sandhu” Tyagi, Arshad’s grounded, heart-of-gold partner.
Their calm amidst stormy courtroom antics is the silent strength that holds the story together.
Directed by Subhash Kapoor, Jolly LLB 3 stays true to the franchise’s DNA—layering satire, social commentary, and laughter in one engrossing package. This instalment, rooted in real events, manages to broaden the franchise’s scope without losing its signature fun.
The supporting cast also includes a stellar list of actors such as Gajraj Rao—as the influential Minister Haribhai Khaitan, Boman Irani returns as advocate Tejinder Rajpal, Annu Kapoor as Advocate Pramod Mathur, and Seema Biswas and Sanjay Mishra, among others, promise to surprise and delight.
The Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi starrer promises a joyous collision of wit, justice, and joy (yes, justice gets repeated because it’s that legal-funny). With two Jollys at war, a wise-cracking judge, heartfelt partners, and social stakes that hit home—it’s one courtroom drama you’ll want in your roster this year.
Jolly LLB 3 is slated to release on 19 September 2025 in cinemas near you.
