The wizarding world is buzzing with excitement as the cast for the much-anticipated Harry Potter HBO series continues to grow. With the golden trio already in place, Warner Bros. and HBO have now unveiled a host of new actors set to bring beloved characters to life, from the malevolent Malfoys to the cantankerous Dursleys.
Hogwarts` student body is also taking shape. Leo Earley will be playing Gryffindor`s own Seamus Finnigan, while Alessia Leoni takes on fellow Gryffindor housemate, Parvati Patil. Joining them is Sienna Moosah, who will portray Parvati’s best friend, Lavender Brown.

Rounding out the latest announcements is a key figure from the Ministry of Magic. Double Olivier and Tony Award-winning performer Bertie Carvel is set to portray the often-flustered Minister for Magic, Cornelius Fudge.
These talented individuals join an already impressive cast. As previously announced, Dominic McLaughlin will play Harry Potter, Arabella Stanton is Hermione Granger, and Alastair Stout is Ron Weasley. They are supported by esteemed actors like John Lithgow as Albus Dumbledore, Janet McTeer as Minerva McGonagall, and Paapa Essiedu as the enigmatic Severus Snape. With each season dedicated to one book, HBO promises a “faithful adaptation” that will explore every corner of the wizarding world for a new generation.
