The nation and the entire entertainment industry are mourning Satish Shah`s passing away. The veteran actor, who played some legendary roles throughout his four-decade-long career, died on Saturday of kidney-related issues.
His character Indravadan Sarabhai from Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai became an overnight sensation for his wit and satirical humour. The cast and makers of the show were spotted paying their last respects at Satish Shah`s funeral.
They were seen singing the title track of Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai in front of his pyre. Deven Shah, Rupali Ganguly, Sumeet Raghavan, and JD Majethia sang the theme song to bid a big final goodbye to the 74-year-old late actor.
Taking it to Instagram, Bhojani explained the intent and shared, "May look mad, dark, weird, or whatever, but we always sing this when together & today was not an exception. It felt as if INDU himself insisted and joined us. #RIP #SatishShah ji, I am blessed to have directed you in #SarabhaiVsSarabhai. You`ll live forever in our hearts."
