Chhaava Box Office Collection Day 18: Film Close to Earning 500 Crores in India

Vicky Kaushal starrer Chhaava continues its strong run at the box office, despite a noticeable dip in collections in its third week. The film remains a major draw, managing to rake in the big bucks and pushing its total collection toward the impressive 500 crore milestone.
Counting Monday’s earnings, Chhaava has raked in an estimated 67.75 crore rupees in its third week so far. With this, the film’s overall domestic box office total now stands at a remarkable 467.25 crore rupees.
The film opened with 31 crore on its first day and went on to collect 116.5 crore rupees during its first weekend. By the end of its first week, it had amassed 219.25 crore. In its second week, the film added another 180.25 crore rupees to its total, further solidifying its blockbuster status.
Despite entering its third week, Chhaava continues to attract audiences, proving that its historical narrative and powerful performances have struck a chord. With the 500 crore mark now well within reach, the film stands as one of the biggest Bollywood successes in recent times.

Vicky Kaushal delivers a powerful performance as Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, while Rashmika Mandanna portrays his wife, Yesubai Bhonsale. This film marks the first on-screen collaboration between Kaushal and Mandanna. The cast also includes Akshaye Khanna as Aurangzeb, Ashutosh Rana as Hambirrao Mohite, Diana Penty as Zinat-un-Nissa Begum, and Divya Dutta as Soyarabai.

Consistent Box Office Performance
On its third Friday, Chhaava collected approximately 13 crore rupees, followed by a stronger Saturday with 22 crore rupees, and an estimated 24.25 crore rupees on Sunday. The film’s momentum carried into Monday, with shows logging an overall occupancy of 12.71 per cent. Morning shows recorded an occupancy of 7.67 per cent, while afternoon and evening shows saw 12.07 per cent and 13.81 per cent, respectively.
