The wait is finally over for the global BTS ARMY! The K-pop superstars have officially announced their return, confirming a new album and a massive global tour for the spring of 2026. The thrilling news came during a surprise reunion livestream that brought all seven members together for the first time in nearly four years.

The biggest reveal of the broadcast was the confirmation of new music. “We’ll be releasing a new BTS album in the spring of next year," the group announced. They revealed that work on the new album will commence in the United States next month. "Since it will be a group album, it will reflect each member’s thoughts and ideas. We’re approaching the album with the same mindset we had when we first started," they added, promising a return to their roots.
Alongside the album, a world tour is also in the works. This will be their first tour since "Permission to Dance on Stage," which concluded nearly four years ago after attracting over 4 million fans.

On Tuesday, July 1, BTS sent shockwaves of excitement through their fanbase with an unexpected 30-minute Weverse livestream. Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook appeared together, delighting over 7.3 million fans who tuned in worldwide. It was the group`s first joint livestream since September 2022. The members shared anecdotes from their military service and their return to civilian life.
