Animal has been much-talked about ever since the film's teaser dropped, which promised an intense father-son revenge drama. Along with the performances of Ranbir Kapoor and Anil Kapoor that got a lot of appreciation, it was Bobby Deol who stole the scene in just a few seconds. Amidst all the noise, Bobby Deol has spoken more about the teaser. Deol revealed that he was shocked to see himself in the teaser.

He said, "When I did that shot, I didn't even see the monitor. We were in a hurry to finish that moment. I saw the shot for the first time when I saw the teaser, and I was like, 'What? This is me!' I am so glad about the response I have got for this one shot. It just shows that the audience wants to see me in something different. They want to know what I am doing in that shot- I can't tell you that, but I am definitely eating something,'.

His character in the film has been called by some fans online to be a cannibal. With Bobby Deol giving out some information by saying that he is definitely eating something, it raises excitement even more.

Adding more about the film, he said, "I was really lucky that I got to be a part of Animal. I have loved Sandeep's work. He is the only director who has made the same film twice and succeeded both times. I want to do different characters, and as I have said before, I want to break my image, get challenged, and be very uncomfortable as an actor."

His career graph has been quite interesting in recent years, with varied roles to his name. It is a rebirth for the Soldier actor, and with such style.

Animal is directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, who is returning after a gap of 4 years since Kabir Singh's release in 2019. He is back in full swing with Animal, as it is all ready to release on December 1.
