There are less than 24 hours to go for Animal, and movie buffs have already booked their movie tickets in advance. The trailer for Animal took the internet by storm and became the hot gossip in B-town.

While some are praising Ranbir Kapoor's terrific performance, others are in love with Bobby Deol being the bad guy. Ahead of its release, the first movie review of Animal is out, and here's what the critics have to say.

A special screening of Animal was held in Mumbai, where several movie critics were invited. The Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial seems to come with some surprising twists and turns that will keep you hooked.

The action drama headlined by Ranbir Kapoor also stars Bobby Deol, Rashmika Mandanna, and Anil Kapoor in prominent roles. For those who haven't watched the trailer yet, Animal revolves around a father-son relationship that is knee-deep complex.



In the movie review, critics have spoken about the film's interesting storyline and how the twists and turns will keep you on the edge of your seat. They feel this is one of the best movies directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga.

The critics praised Ranbir in the film and said he was the shining star. However, the critics also emphasized domestic abuse, which might hurt viewers' sentiments. Well, a Vanga film seems incomplete without some aggressive scenes.

While some didn't like the action sequences, others praised Bobby's terrific performance as an antagonist.

One of the critics took to social media and wrote, "Bobby Deol does immensely well and is a villain in the film. In a few scenes, he could have done better. Overall, it's adult but very interesting it can break all records at the box office if the audience likes it. Message to faint-hearted people scared of violence: You do not have to be scared. Go try it. At some points, ignore the bad action scenes, but you will see twists, an interesting storyline, and a good performance by all actors."

The user further added, "The tsunami is arriving for the audience on December 1st. highly impressed by Animal. Another good surprise is that it is very interesting and long - 3 hours and 21 minutes packed with solid vulgar action and entertainment."

Many movie critics rated Animal 4 out of 5 stars, thus calling it Ranbir Kapoor's best performance so far.

Animal vs. Sam Bahadur

The action drama is all set to clash with Vicky Kaushal's Sam Bahadur on December 1. While the two movies are poles apart, it will be interesting to see which one performs better.

Sma Bahadur is based on the real-life story of India's first field marshal, Sam Manekshaw, who changed the face of the Indian army. While Vicky headlines the movie, it also stars Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra in pivotal roles.

Helmed by Meghna Gulzar, Sam Bahadur's trailer has also been well received by the fans.
