Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor who is currently praised for his performance in Luv Ranjan's Tu Jhoothi Mai Makkaar recently spoke about his upcoming film, Animal. The actor is working with Kabir Singh's director Sandeep Reddy Vanga. For the unversed, the first look of the movie was released on 31st December 2022 and Ranbir impressed fans with his rugged look.

Well, the actor is busy with the promotions of his film Tu Jhoothi Mai Makkaar. Surprisingly, he spoke about his upcoming project, Animal in one of the promotional events.

Ranbir Kapoor Reveals Why Animal Shook Him Up!

While speaking to PTI, Ranbir revealed that his character in Animal is an 'alpha' and it has shades of grey. He also revealed that it's a new territory for him and the audiences don't 'expect him to do something like this.Ranbir disclosed that Animal is thoroughly out of his comfort zone. He added,"As an actor, such challenges are important as it really shook me up. It made me work hard, and realize how inadequate I'm and how much I needed to work to reach a certain level."

Recently, the actor was shooting for Animal in Delhi and some of the videos from the sets went viral on social media. His bearded look made fans super excited about the film.As per the reports, he has 30 days of shooting left on the film. Animal also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor, and Bobby Deol in pivotal roles. The crime drama is slated to release in theatres on August 11.
