One of the most-anticipated movies of 2024 is Sidharth Malhotra-Raashi Khanna starrer Yodha. The movie's teaser was released last week and has impressed fans.

The upcoming action-drama stars Sidharth Malhotra, Disha Patani, and Rashi Khanna in leading roles. Yodha revolves around a soldier who tries to save passengers flying on a hijacked flight. However, things take a serious turn when the flight's engine is damaged and everyone is put in a tough-to-survive situation.



The movie's first song, Zindagi Tere Naam's teaser, is out, and the leading pair was in Jaipur to promote the same. The promotion of Yodha has recently begun, and it has already caused a stir on the internet.

While the photos from their promotions in Jaipur are all over the internet, a video has caused an uproar and sparked major controversy. In the same video, Raashi was seen holding Sidharth's hand as they entered the venue.

As soon as they entered the venue, Raashi Khanna was seen holding her co-star's arm, which soon changed into holding hands. This momentary gesture did not fit Sidharth Malhotra well, as he instantly let go of her hand.

Many fans reacted to the viral video and found this moment weird. While some questioned the gesture, others defended the Shershaah actor and pointed out how he instantly let go of Raashi's hand.

Criticizing the act, one user wrote, 'Why holding hands and all publicly?? She is just a co-actor onscreen is fine, but not socially. not cool,' while another asked, 'Was it necessary to hold hands??'


Amidst the backlash, Sid's fans came to his support and defended the video.

'Why does everything have to be a couple thing? Do brothers and sisters not hold hands? His married? He knows that! Y/n? So funny people's reactions? He could be there, supporting her. That's the issue every movement is watching and criticizing,' a comment read.

Another user added, 'The thing is, he did let go of her hand, so that indicates to me he knows that wasn't appropriate...'
