As Aditya was singing Aaj Ki Raat from Shah Rukh Khan's Don, he lost his temper with a fan. As the video progresses, one can see the singer hitting the fan with the microphone. What follows is him snatching away the fan's phone and throwing it far off into the crowd.

Narayan went back to singing the song and behaved as if nothing happened. While this behavior of his triggered severe backlash on the internet, it is yet to be confirmed what irked the singer.

As soon as the video went viral, it triggered massive backlash and provoked netizens to criticize the singer's absurd behavior. Fans started commenting on the viral video, and some even mentioned how Aditya Narayan is just ruining his father's legacy.

One user wrote, "He is just ruining his father's name, nothing else. Unse singing seekh liya hota toh ye din na dekhne padte," while another commented, 'If it was my engineering college, he and his troupe would have gotten a good kick before they left the gates of college.'

In 2017, Aditya Narayan was seen indulging in a serious fight with an airport authority at the Raipur airport. He was called extremely rude and a spoilt brat by the netizens.
