Badhti Ka Naam Dadhi -1974With the success of Chalti Ka Naam Gaadi -1958, brothers Kishore Kumar, Ashok Kumar and Anoop Kumar decided to star together in one more comic drama Badhti Ka Naam Dadhi. Although the film wasnt a big success, the chemistry between the trio was once again hugely appreciated.

Padosan -1968Padosan was not only one of the best works of Kishoreda, but also one of the most loved comic movies of Hindi cinema. Kishoreda and his friends -Sunil Dutt, Mukri and Keshto Mukherjee encounter with Mehmood still has the audience in splits. Saira Banu played the female lead opposite Dutt.

Sadhu Aur Shaitan -1968In this crime comedy, Kishoreda played a humorous music artiste. Although Mahmood had the meatiest of the roles in the movie, Kishoreda managed to impress with his crazy comic acts.

Pyar Kiye Ja -1966Kishoreda once again showcased his funny side in this chaotic comedy. Apart from him, actors like Mehmood, Shashi Kapoor, Om Prakash and Mumtaz also gave some fine performances.

Mr. X In Bombay -1964Kishoreda was also appreciated in this mystery drama where he played a poet. He showed his cunning as well as romantic side with perfection. He was paired opposite Kum Kum.

Half Ticket -1962A naughty Kishoreda is forced to impersonate a 12-year old in the movie as he couldnt afford a full ticket during his train journey to Bombay. The film has a number of crazily hilarious moments especially during Kishoredas childish acts and the chaos in the climax. Half Ticket is easily one of the best performances by him.

Jhumroo -1961Kishore Kumar and Madhubala played lovers in the film. In what appears as a simple love story had a shocking twist in the penultimate moments, which left the audiences spellbound. Needless to say, Kishoreda excelled in this movie too.

Chalti Ka Naam Gaadi -1958Chalti Ka Naam Gaadi is considered one of the best acts of Kishore Da. In the movie, Kishore Das real brothers Ashok Kumar and Anoop Kumar played his on-screen brothers too. The hilarious moments between the trio who run a garage, are remembered even today.

Dilli Ka Thug -1958As per the title, Kishoreda plays a conman in the film who later gives up the wong side of law. The film is also known for a dramatic aeroplane sequence.

Miss Mary -1957Meena Kumari played the title role but Kishoreda grabbed the maximum limelight with his brilliant act as a detective.

New Delhi -1956In this romantic comedy, Kishoreda, who played a north Indian, pretended to be a south Indian in order to get an accomodation. His entertaining act arising out of a mistaken identity was welcomed by the audience. Vyjanthimala played his love interest in the film.

Naukari -1954Kishore Kumars portrayal of an unemployed youth in the Bimal Roy film touched the audiences hearts. Apart from showing his comic side, Kishoreda also depicted tragedy and frustration with ease.
