Apart from her stellar performances, she was often seen in item songs that ruled the Bollywood music charts. It was in the early 2000s when the actress got candid about her nose job in an interview.
Shilpa Shetty On Getting A Nose Job

Nikamma actress who is under the constant scrutiny of paparazzi and cameras. Several other Bollywood divas have been targeted for getting surgeries done on themselves.
In an interview in the 2000s, Shilpa casually accepted that she had a nose job done. She said,
"Yes, I got my nose fixed. So? I did not do it to make it more beautiful. I did it because I thought it could be better."
