After facing multiple delays and keeping fans on the edge of their seats, the highly anticipated cop thriller "Kingdom," starring Vijay Deverakonda, is officially set to hit theatres worldwide on July 31st. The announcement came from Deverakonda himself on Monday, accompanied by a fresh and action-packed teaser that has sent ripples of excitement across social media.

Vijay Deverakonda took to Instagram to share the big news, stating, “#Kingdom. July 31st. Worldwide. Let our Destinies unfold. A @gowtamnaidu story that unfolds like a novel to @anirudhofficial`s genius score.” This statement perfectly encapsulates the film`s narrative, hinting at a deep and engaging plot complemented by the musical prowess of Anirudh Ravichander. Fans have been eagerly awaiting this film, and the final release date brings much relief and anticipation.
The recently released promo for Kingdom is a visual treat, showcasing Vijay Deverakonda in a dynamic role. It starts with him as a dedicated police officer but quickly transitions to him as a prisoner fighting for survival within his cell. He is forced to confront his circumstances and rise above the injustices of his fate. The teaser is brimming with intense action sequences, featuring Deverakonda single-handedly battling goons and firing off bullets, portraying a fearless cop determined to restore peace.
Adding another layer of excitement, the teaser features prominent voices across different languages. Ranbir Kapoor has lent his voice to the Hindi version of the teaser, titled Saamraajya, while Jr. NTR has voiced the Telugu teaser, and Suriya the Tamil version. This multilingual approach underscores the film`s ambition for a wide reach.

Kingdom faced several postponements before securing its July 31st release. The film was initially slated for May 30th, then moved to July 4th. These reschedules were attributed to "unforeseen events in the country and the current atmosphere," specifically citing tensions between India and Pakistan following Operation Sindoor, launched in retaliation to the Pahalgam terror attack.
Jointly produced by Naga Vamsi S and Sai Soujanya under Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas, with Srikara Studios presenting, "Kingdom" is directed and written by Gowtam Tinnanuri. The film also stars Bhagyashri Borse and Satyadev. Anirudh Ravichander has composed the compelling background score, and Navin Nooli is the editor, promising a cinematic experience that will resonate with audiences.
