Sonu Sood Issues a Statement Addressing Arrest Warrant Rumours

Bollywood actor and philanthropist Sonu Sood has been in the news recently over reports of an arrest warrant issued against him. The case, linked to an alleged 10 lakh fraud, has caused a stir on social media. However, the actor has now come forward to clear the air, dismissing the claims as baseless.
Judicial Magistrate Ramanpreet Kaur of Ludhiana issued an arrest warrant against Sood and directed the officer-in-charge of Oshiwara Police Station, Andheri West, Mumbai, to take action. With the next hearing scheduled for February 10, all eyes are on the developments in this case.
He wrote, “The court issued summons for me to appear as a witness in a case involving a third party, which has nothing to do with me. Our legal team has responded accordingly. I am not a brand ambassador for anything related to this case, and we have no connection to it. It is unfortunate that celebrities are unnecessarily targeted in such matters. Some are using my name for publicity, and we will take strict action against this.”
His response highlights his frustration over being dragged into a case where he claims to have no involvement.

The case revolves around Mohit Shukla, the main accused, who reportedly convinced Khanna to invest in a fraudulent Rijika coin scheme.
