After days of releasing the poster and an intriguing teaser, the makers of Shamshera dropped the trailer of the movie today. And boy, it looks promising! With Ranbir Kapoor, Vaani Kapoor, and Sanjay Dutt in the lead, the story of the movie revolves around a leader trying to save his tribe from the ruthless British rule.

Yash Raj Films took to social media, dropping the trailer this noon. The trailer was launched at a mega event where the all the lead actors turned up in black ensembles. Watch the trailer till the end because you're in for a surprise.

Helmed by Karan Malhotra, you will see Ranbir, Vaani, and Dutt in a never-seen avatar. Portraying Shamshera, an excited Ranbir said, "I am very excited to start promoting Shamshera. It's a film that we want to take to a large audience. It's a film made for a large audience. Whatever we can do to market the film, to create the buzz, we're gonna go all out. I am looking forward to the audience's reaction to that."

Set in the fictional city of Kaza, Shamshera is about a warrior tribe enslaved and tortured by a merciless tyrant Daroga Shudh Singh played by Sanjay Dutt. This si the story of a slave turned a leader, who eventually became a messiah for his tribe.
