After a span of two decades of a successful career in Bollywood, Shahid Kapoor opens up on his blink-and-miss appearance in Aishwarya Rai-Akshaye Khanna starrer Taal. The dance sequence was choreographed by Shiamak Davar and the Bloody Daddy actor happened to be one of his finest students.

In a recent interview, the actor recalled the shoot day, calling it the best and worst day of his life.

The actor who is currently busy shooting for his upcoming web series Bloody Daddy, opened up about his appearance in Taal. In a recent interview, Shahid recalled meeting with an accident while he was on the way to the sets of the movie.

'No one knows this, but that day I met with an accident. I used to ride my motorcycle and I fell off it. So, I remember I reached the set very flustered because I had fallen off and I was like, what just happened to me? And that was the day this happened to me. I'll always remember it as the worst and the best day of my life at that time,' said Shahid.

However, the song Kahin Aag Lage wasn't his first stint as a background dancer. The Jab We Met actor was also seen as a background dancer in Karisma Kapoor-Shah Rukh Khan's Dil Toh Pagal Hai. Back then, he was a core member of Shiamak's troupe.

Recalling the times on the sets of Dil Toh Pagal Hai, Shahid said, 'I was a nervous wreck, just hoping I don't mess things up.'

On The Work Front

Shahid Kapoor was last seen in Farzi alongside Rashii Khanna and Vijay Sethupati. The Raj and DK web series marked his OTT debut. He will be seen next in Jio Cinema's web series Bloody Daddy. The show releases on June 9.
