"Jab tak tiger mara nahi, tab tak tiger haara nahi", says Salman Khan, playing the popular character in the franchise. Giving a special message and teasing about the happenings of the film, the over-two-minute teaser promises big things for Tiger 3 set to be released this Diwali.

In the teaser promoted as 'Tiger Ka Message', Tiger speaks while sitting in front of the computer and reminds us how he has always worked in service of the nation for twenty years, never asking for anything in return. But this time, he says, he wants something back. In a world where his loyalty to the nation is questioned and he is deemed a traitor, he asks the people to make the right choice in determining who they see Tiger as: a nationalist or a traitor. Then, with the characteristic background score, the teaser proceeds to show some high-profile action sequences that have been trademarks of the franchise ever since its first film, Ek Tha Tiger (2012). Salman Khan jumps across jeeps, towers, and bridges to save the day and destory enemies surrounding him. It is exciting to see him again as Tiger after his brief role in the Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Pathaan earlier this year. It will be a long-awaited treat for his fans.

Yash Raj Film released the teaser on their social media on the occasion of Yash Chopra's birthday, making the release even more special. The film stars Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi in titular roles and is directed by Maneesh Sharma, who is back to directing after a long time. His last film as a director was the 2016 action film, Fan. Katrina Kaif was last seen in the horror-comedy Phone Booth (2022), and Emraan Hashmi acted in the comedy-drama film Selfiee (2023).

Tiger 3 belongs to the spy universe created by YRF and follows the events of War (2019) and Pathaan (2023). It remains to be seen what shape the universe takes now, and all eyes are waiting to witness Salman Khan returning to his role as the RAW agent.
