This is the year filled with exciting news and welcoming the little ones. Telugu actor Ram Charan and his wife, Upasana Konidela, are expecting their second child two years after welcoming their first daughter. The two are proud parents to Kin Kaara.
Ram and Upasana announced their second pregnancy with an adorable video on social media. At a special ceremony hosted for the mom-to-be, Upasana looked radiant in a blue outfit.
The elders can be seen showering their blessings on her as the couple embarks on a new journey of parenthood. Sharing the video in a joint post, the parents-to-be wrote, “This Diwali was all about double the celebration, double the love and double the blessings.”

Upasana Konidela on keeping Klin Kaara away from paparazzi
The couple welcomed their first child in 2023 after a decade of their marriage. In an interview with the Hindustan Times, the doting mother opened up about keeping her 2-year-old away from media glare.
"I don’t know. The world is changing so rapidly, and while a few incidents scare us as parents, we also want to give our child freedom. Covering her face in public, like at the airport, is a giant task for everyone involved: the mother, the father, and the child. So I don’t know whether we are doing the right thing, but for now, we are happy where we are," she said.

Ram and Upasana celebrated Klin Kaara`s second birthday at Hyderabad Zoo amidst some special animals.

Sharing a series of adorable pictures, Upasana wrote, “A year ago, she was just a tiny cub. Today, she’s a playful tigress and shares her name with our KlinKaara. Thank you to the Hyderabad Zoo for this lovely gesture. We believe wildlife belongs in the wild but also support efforts that honour their lives with dignity and care. Here’s to growing up with kindness, courage, and compassion.”
On the work front, Ram Charan is currently busy shooting for Buchi Babu Sana`s directorial Peddi. Also featuring Janhvi Kapoor, the film will see a theatrical release in March 2026.
