Raid 2 story and plot
Ajay Devgn reprises his role as the fierce and loyal income tax officer Amay Patnaik, who locks horns with the powerful yet corrupt politician Dadabhai (Riteish Deshmukh). The film also stars Vaani Kapoor, Saurabh Shukla, and Surpiya Pathak in prominent roles.

Raid 2 follows the determined story of Patnaik, who has conducted 74 successful raids and has been transferred to different places across the country for the same number of times as he continues fighting corruption.
Like its prequel, the second installment also sees an intense cat-and-mouse chase between Devgn and Deshmukh`s characters. It continues to revolve around the theme of income tax raids and exposing corrupt politicians/businessmen.
The film received mixed-to-positive reviews but did well at the box office. It collected a little over 170 crore at the Indian box office and did a phenomenal business of 237.38 crore worldwide.
Netflix releases Raid 2 in foreign languages
As Amay Patnaik and Dadabhai`s intense clash promises to keep you on the edge of your seat, Netflix brought a major twist to the film`s digital release. It ditched the regional languages and went for foreign dubs.
The political drama, along with Hindi, is also available to stream in Spanish and Portuguese on OTT. Surprisingly, the platform skipped regional languages like Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam.
Will this move affect Raid 2`s streaming in India, or will its digital journey find new viewers beyond theatrical audiences?
