Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha's illustrious wedding have already begun. The couple will be having an intimate yet lavish wedding at Udaipur's Leela Palace. The venue has a breathtaking view facing Lake Pichola. As they tie the knot tomorrow, Parineeti's choora ceremony has already kicked off.
Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha are all set to marry on Sunday, September 24. The couple got engaged in May of this year. While they have always been tight-lipped about their relationship, the actress and the AAP MLA happen to know each other since their law school days.

The actor-politician couple's
wedding invite went viral just days before their big day. It was a beautiful white invitation card that did the rounds on the internet. It also mentioned a detailed flow of events at the Parineeti Chopra-Raghav Chadha wedding.

The ceremony will have her close friends and family in attendance. It will be followed by the Haldi ceremony soon.
This is an
auspicious ceremony observed mostly in North Indians, where the bride wears traditional bangles a day or two before the wedding. Historically, the bride has to wear 21-read and ivory chooras as a symbol of a married woman. Many Indian brides still believe in wearing an odd number of chooras on each arm.

The guests have started to arrive at the Udaipur airport to attend the
actor-politician wedding. They are already receiving a grand welcome. The Udaipur airport is all decked up for the celebrity wedding, with hoardings of Parineeti and Raghav displayed right outside the venue.

The couple kicked off their
pre-wedding celebrations by visiting a Gurudwara in Delhi. They sought the blessings of the Almighty as the two participated in Ardas and Kirtan.
A source close to the couple who attended the ceremony said, "There were happy tears rolling down the cheeks of everyone associated with Parineeti. When it comes to the bride and groom, they are really happy about entering this new phase and excited to share the moment with everyone close to them."
Following the spiritual ceremony, Parineeti and Raghav hosted a Sufi night for their close friends and family. Songs like Chhaap Tilak Sab, Bulleya, Ishq Sufiana, Tu Mane Ya Na Mane, Afreen Afreen, and Sanu Ek Pal Chain were played to serenade the guests.
While the bride's cousin,
Priyanka Chopra, gave the celebrations a miss, her mother, Madhu Chopra, and brother, Siddharth Chopra, were seen gracing the evening.
It seems the Citadel actress is likely to skip Parineeti's wedding as Nick Jonas has a hectic schedule for his ongoing Jonas Brothers tour.
