In an interaction with RJ Karan, the Hasee Toh Phasee actress opened up about the man of her dreams and when she would like to settle down. RJ Karan poked fun at how Parineeti`s characters are always running away from marriage.

Be it in Shuddh Desi Romance with Sushant Singh Rajput or in Namaste London, her characters have always been kind of unfortunate in love. However, that`s not the case in her real life.
Four years ago, RJ Karan asked Parineeti, "You have always been running away from marriage in your movies. Why is this the case? Are you taking tips from your characters on how to have an ideal marriage?"

To which the actress replied, "I`m doing all of this in reel life so that it doesn`t follow me in real life. I think I`m trying and testing everything—how to run away from a marriage, how to successfully be in one—I`m experimenting with it all in my movies so when I get married in my real life, I know how to be a perfect partner."
Radio City`s RJ then asked, "I`ve heard somewhere you say you`ll get married in another three to four years. Is that the plan?"
Answering the question, the bride-to-be said, "Well, that`s what I`m hoping for. I`d like to settle down in another three to four years. Having said that, I won`t settle down until I find someone with whom I can gel and be sure to spend the rest of my life. Till then, I`ll be happily single."
Parineeti and Raghav tied the knot in an elaborate wedding in Udaipur`s opulent Leela Palace on September 24, 2023. The couple will soon step into a new chapter of their life as they are all set to embrace parenthood.
