Om: The Battle Within had its trailer revealed on June 10 at an event in Mumbai. Those who enjoy action-packed entertainment will like the film. While Sanjana's appearance in the film's teaser, was kept disguised, we now have a clear view of what the actress has to give in the film. The official Twitter handle of Zee Studios shared the trailer and captioned it, "Nation above all. RASHTRA gt RAKHT. #OM: The Battle Within trailer out now (sic)."

Aditya Roy Kapur will be seen in an aggressive role for the first time, executing dangerous stunts, firing firearms, and battling to safeguard the nation. Sanjana Sanghi will appear in an entirely new avatar. Instead of focusing on the glamourous aspects of the picture, she will play a bold part for the first time on the big screen, increasing the film's action quotient. Jackie Shroff, Prakash Raj, Ashutosh Rana, and Prachi Shah play significant parts in the film.

Om: The Battle Within is directed by Kapil Verma and produced by Zee Studios, Shaira Khan, and Ahmed Khan. The film will be out in theatres on July 1, 2022.
