Veteran actress Nafisa Ali`s courageous fight with cancer
Veteran actress and politician Nafisa Ali has begun her chemotherapy after she was diagnosed with stage four peritoneal cancer. Despite the challenges and physical pain, she is determined to face the deadly disease and overcome the challenges with her radiant smile.
The actress has been journaling her cancer journey on Instagram through heartwarming and emotional posts. Her resolute attitude was on full display in her recent post where she flaunted her bald look amid the cancer treatment.
Ali posted a selfie on Instagram, flaunting her beautiful smile and a bald look, writing, “Positive power." In another picture, she posed with her best friend, Gaby. Take a look.

Nafisa Ali`s biggest support
Despite the challenging treatment, the 68-year-old continues to share her inspiring, uplifting glimpses from her journey to recovery. A few days ago, she shared a series of heartfelt photos with her little grandchildren.
Her granddaughters were seen gently cutting her hair with their tiny, adorable hands, turning a painful experience into an act of love. Her caption read, “Finally, my little grandchildren helped me with my hair fall."

For the uninitiated, Nafisa Ali was diagnosed with stage three peritoneal and ovarian cancer in November 2018. By 2019, she had bravely declared that she`d overcome the illness.
Unfortunately, she revealed that her cancer had relapsed and she would be resuming her treatment soon.
Sharing another update on social media, Life... In A Metro, an actress shared she was experiencing severe hairfall as a result of undergoing chemotherapy. She posted a photo with a comb filled with her hair strands and wrote, “Here go my chemotherapy locks… Soon, I’ll be bald."
