One such movie that has had fans awaiting with bated breath is Pankaj Tripathi starrer Main Atal Hoon. The trailer for the film was dropped today.

On Thursday, the makers of the film shared the teaser for Main Atal Hoon, and it instantly took the internet by storm. Movie buffs and political enthusiasts are in for a treat as Pankaj Tripathi's transformation into the late Prime Minister, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, will give you goosebumps.

After movies like Sam Bahadur, The Accidental Prime Minister, Thackeray, and more, Main Atal Hoon marks yet another Bollywood biopic that will give you a glimpse of the inception of the Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP).

The Pankaj Tripathi starrer will take you back to the 1990s, when Indian politics was ruled by the Congress government. Unhappy with the same, it was Atal Bihari Vajpayee who envisioned a new political party called the BJP.

Tripathi headlines the movie as Vajpayee. While everyone is familiar with his accolades and accomplishments, the biopic is an attempt to showcase the man behind the political drama.



The trailer for Main Atal Hoon starts by showing the journey of a young Atal, the leader of the masses, to the Lok Sabha. It also highlights the former Indian Prime Minister's witty humor, cracking one-liners, and fighting against the opposition to form the Bhartiya Janata Party.

Pankaj's beautiful transformation into Atal Bihari Vajpayee is highly convincing and will keep you hooked till the very last minute. The movie will also showcase noteworthy leaders like Sushma Swaraj, Arun Jaitley, and Pramod Mahajan.
