Veteran Actress Madhubala has blessed the Indian Cinema with her gracious work. The actress's sister, Madhur Brij Bhushan has now confirmed that she along with 'Shaktimaan' producers are now all set to make a biopic on Madhubala's life. Actress's fans are more than excited after hearing this news.

A film critic shared the news on Twitter which states, "MADHUBALA BIOPIC ALL SET TO TAKE OFF. According to the sources, the producers are also in search of a renowned female actor and director. The movie is expected to begin production in 2023.

Madhur Brij Bhushan remarked that, "It has been my long-standing dream to do something for my beloved sister, who lived a very short yet momentous life. All my sisters and I have joined hands to make this dream come true. With God's blessings and the dedication of my partners - Arvindji, Prashant, and Vinay, I am confident that this biopic will be made successfully on a grand level. We need everyone's blessings to put together this project beautifully."

According to the reports, many actors and directors are reportedly interested in Madhubala's biopic, but the producers are not in a rush to narrow down the cast and crew. Additionally, it is said that the content, or which aspect of her life would be depicted in the movie, is still up in the air. The plot and content would only be finalized if the director, writer, and studio are locked in.

Madhubala's portrayal of Anarkali in the historical epic drama Mughal-e-Azam (1960) made her across-the-board glory and for that, she also got the nomination for a Filmfare award in the Best Actress category
