Sonam Kapoor-Anand Ahuja blessed with a baby boy
Congratulations are in order for Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja as they welcome yet another bundle of joy. The couple is blessed with their second child, a baby boy.
The new mommy took to Instagram and shared the exciting news. She shared a mythological graphic that displayed motherhood with a few animals around.
Sonam`s post read, "With immense gratitude and hearts full of love, we are delighted to announce the arrival of our baby boy today, 29th of March 2026."
She further added, "Our family has grown, and with his arrival, our hearts have expanded in the most beautiful way. Vayu is overjoyed to welcome his little brother, and we feel deeply blessed by this precious new life who has filled our home with happiness and grace. We are grateful to begin this beautiful new chapter as a family of four. With love, Sonam, Anand and Vayu."

Kareena Kapoor wrote, "Congratulations Sona and Anand." Rhea Kapoor, Huma Qureshi, and others took to the comments section and dropped red heart emojis.

The Neerja actress had confirmed her second pregnancy in November 2025 with a rather stylish post. Sonam Kapoor looked stunning as she flaunted her baby bump in a chic pink co-ord set. Keeping her caption short, she wrote, "Mother" with a kissing emoji.

Grandfather Anil Kapoor also took to Instagram and penned a heartfelt note.
He wrote, “And just like that... my heart has grown even bigger. Welcome to the world, my little one; you are already so deeply loved. Vayu, you`re a big brother now... and I know you`ll be amazing. Thank you, Sonam and Anand...Nana`s heart is full. Welcome to the madness, my baby – welcome to a lifetime of love.”
Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja tied the knot in 2018 and welcomed their first child, Vayu, in August 2022.
