Koffee With Karan, the most liked chat show hosted by filmmaker Karan Johar, is about to launch its seventh season. According to the new teaser for the program, which Disney+ Hotstar streamed on Tuesday, Karan is having trouble persuading his Bollywood friends to be a part of the show. In a recent video, the filmmaker can be seen pleading on the phone with unnamed, unidentified Bollywood celebs to accessorize the couch.

In the teaser, Karan says that he is aware that everyone is eagerly anticipating the premiere of the new Koffee With Karan season. But after reading some negative comments on the post, Karan adds, "maybe not everyone," but he is certain that his Bollywood buddies are thrilled to be appearing on his show.

This comes after a humorous scene in which Karan is seen imploring and begging many celebrities to attend the show over the phone. He even offers bribes like the hampers from the show and a part in one of his movies, but the conjecture says that nobody is willing to compromise. One fan responded to the video by writing, "Hilarious, love the comedy," on the one Karan shared. Another person remarked, "This is the most honest promo ever."

Even after facing quite a few rejections, Karan Johar looks still determined in the clip. Sharing the video, the filmmaker wrote, 'Screw it, I'm still going to brew it.' and reminded his fans that 'Koffee With KaranS7 new season starts 7th July only on Disney+Hotstar.'

For the first time, the show will stream on an OTT platform rather than on television.
